Karachi, Pakistan: Rangers on Wednesday morning raided MQM’s (Muttahida Qaumi Movement) Headquarter called Nine Zero (90) and its surrounding areas, Reported by private News.
During this raid a heavy contingent of Rangers cordoned off the area and searched through departments of the MQM’s offices. Rangers arrested several MQM’s active members such as Amir Khan.

According to details, Rangers personnel conducted a search operation that was two hours long and also cut off the telephone line of the area.
After the search operation commenced, a huge number of Muttahida gathered in front of Nine Zero. Slogans were chanted against the law enforcement agencies. Rangers fired aerial gun shots to disperse protesters after and during the operation.
According to rangers spokesman during the operation they recovered the arms and ammunition stolen from NATO containers. He also said that during the course of the search operation, weapons whose import had been banned in the country were recovered from the Nine Zero Premises.
Rangers spokesman also said that five suspects involved in the killing of journalist Wali Khan Baber were apprehended during the search operation.
